About me and my practice

I have been a counsellor for 12 years, supporting diverse client groups with a wide range of presenting issues including trauma symptoms, depression, anxiety, addiction, abuse, relationships and attachment, and more. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who are coming to terms with neurodivergence, such as ADHD. I can support you to develop a robust toolbox of coping strategies that you can access when you notice feeling overwhelmed.
